- Myopathies
- Psoriatic arthritis (enthesopathic)
- Fibromyalgia
- Parvovirus arthromyalgia
- Rheumatic fever/post-streptococcal infection
- Malignant disease with bone metastases
- Severe osteomalacia, primary hyperparathyroidism, polyostotic Paget’s disease
- Hypermobility disorder, most notably Ehlers–Danlos syndrome hypermobility subtype (hEDS)
