  • Myopathies 
  • Psoriatic arthritis (enthesopathic) 
  • Fibromyalgia 
  • Parvovirus arthromyalgia 
  • Rheumatic fever/post-streptococcal infection 
  • Malignant disease with bone metastases 
  • Severe osteomalacia, primary hyperparathyroidism, polyostotic Paget’s disease 
  • Hypermobility disorder, most notably Ehlers–Danlos syndrome hypermobility subtype (hEDS)
